All school aged children (5-17) with parents/parental consent, All fish measured are to be caught unaided by the registered entrant.
Cost is $5 per entrant, or $10 per family (immediate family only). All proceeds go directly to the Innisfail Coast Guard.

Pick up a registration bag from Innisfail Optical from 10th of June, Forms to be back to Innisfail Optical by the 5th of July, 2019.
We encourage responsible fishing and fish will be measured rather than weighed. The first 50 registrations will receive a brag matt. If releasing a fish, the fish must be positioned correctly with both ends of the brag matt visible in the photo, the photo should be taken from directly above the centre of the fish, A photo of the registered entrant holding their catch must be included. Otherwise fish can be measured at River ‘n’ Reef tackle shop weekdays between 4-5pm, Saturdays 1-2pm, Sundays 11am-12pm.
Only 2 entries per registered entrant.
Estuary: limited to Barramundi, Mangrove Jack, Finger mark
Rough weather: Limited to black Bream, yellow fin bream, tilapia
Reef: Limited to Coral trout and all Emperor species
Each Category has a main prize of a pair of Mako sunglasses to the value of $200, with a runner up prize of a pair of ugly fish sunglasses to the value of $110.
There will be a $200 cash prize randomly drawn from all registered entrants who had a valid fish measured during the event. The prizes will be awarded, and the cash prize drawn at Fossey Park at 2pm on Saturday 13th of July. There will be a free BBQ for all registered entrants held at the park starting at 2pm.
All sunglass prizes can be chosen at Innisfail Optical the following week, the winner of the cash prize must have their parent/Gaudian with them to collect the cash.
Peter Williamson will judge the winners of each category; The Innisfail Coast guard will draw the winner of the cash prize.
