Innisfail Optical – COVID 19 Health & Safety Measures
Due to advice from the Optometry Association and the health department we have made the difficult decision to close the doors at Innisfail Optical to general business. This is to protect the health of our patients and staff and to ensure we are available for those in need for as long as possible.
We will still be available by appointment to help with your urgent eye care and vision needs.
If you have a sudden loss of vision, new onset flashes and floaters, a red painful eye or an eye injury we will discuss your situation by phone or email and schedule a time to see you.
We will still accept health professional referrals for urgent matters, this includes GP’s and Ophthalmologists.
If you need contacts, you have lost or broken your glasses, or having trouble with the vision in your glasses or contacts please contact us and we will make a time to see you.
If you are unsure if your needs are urgent, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
If you have glasses or contacts on order, when they arrive in-store we will contact you to and arrange for a contact less delivery to your preferred address at no charge.
We can be contacted by email firstname.lastname@example.org, by phone 4061 1506, if we do not answer leave a detailed message and we will get back to you promptly.
We are very much still working and dedicated to the eye health and vision needs of our patients and the Cassowary Coast. But following advice we cannot provide a safe clinical environment with our doors open as per usual we have had to close them. We will review this decision regularly following advice from the Government and industry bodies.
