OPTOS

Our OPTOS is an ultra-wide imaging system that takes an image of 88% of the inside of your eye.  This is very different to the frequently advertised ‘free retinal photography’ which is often a standard SLR camera capable of imaging only 15% of the back of your eye.  

The OPTOS is very useful in detecting and monitoring retinal changes in a wide variety of conditions including; myopia, diabetic retinopathy, flashes and floaters, retinal tears and holes, glaucoma and macular degeneration.
